Manufacturing keystone
Aloe Vera America in Dallas, TX is the manufacturing keystone for our entire Aloe Vera operation around the world. From here we control the Texas and Dominican Republic plantations, our processing facility in Mission, Texas, over 8 million gallons of Aloe Vera gel every year and the manufacturing of our many successful lines of Aloe Vera products.
This incredible facility has millions of dollars invested in state-of-the-art technology, product labs and research facilities in order to ensure that Forever Living is consistently delivering the highest quality products in the world.
Serving as “mission control” for the only completely vertically integrated Aloe Vera company in the world, everything is coordinated through our Dallas facility. We are all proud to know our Aloe Vera operation is providing the highest quality products to the best distributors all across the globe, we hope that everyone can see the quality of our operation and know that behind every one of our Aloe products there is a world class operation supporting them in Dallas, Texas.

If you ask our research and development department what they think about Aloe Vera you might be surprised by their devotion. Ben, our R&D Vice President, will go so far as to claim that the more he researches Aloe Vera the more he’s in love with the miracle plant.
And he’s not alone. Our esteemed team of scientists, chemical engineers and researchers have put their heart and soul into into this plant and they are continually looking for new ways to bring the benefits of Aloe Vera to life in new forms of skin care, hair care, liquid soap, household products, cosmetics, Aloe Vera drinks and more. Their devotion to innovation and quality is why we see Forever Living grow not only its product line, but its level of quality, every year. |

All of our products, both new and proven, are meticulously tested to the highest possible standards throughout every stage of our manufacturing process; from a thorough screening of source material before production begins, to in-process testing, and then final batch testing. Rex founded Forever Living with a vow to uphold the highest quality standards available and although science has come a long way, our values and commitment to manufacturing the best product on the planet has never wavered. Quality Control ThroughoutOur chemical engineering department diligently inspects all raw materials, checks Ph, viscosity, color, appearance, preservative and ascorbic acid value before the compounding department uses them in our many products. And once our final products are created, we recheck finished goods with the same level of vigilance so that when any Aloe Vera of America products are released, our Distributors and consumers can rest assured that everything that has the Aloe Vera of America label on it is exactly the way it’s supposed to be.
